Understanding how to atraumatically remove teeth, preserve hard and soft tissue contours and thereby increase the possibility of immediate implant placement is a key skill. Southern Implants have created site specific implants that fit into this treatment concept. This course will cover the utilisation of MAX implants (posterior sites) and Inverta implants (anterior sites) for immediate tooth replacements protocols.
