Course Terms & Conditions
Updates for COVID-19: In-Person (Live Online) Courses
Due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19, we have transformed some of our in-person Executive Education programs to live online delivery. Courses currently scheduled to take place in person may also switch to live online instruction as start dates get closer. All live online courses fall under the same terms and conditions as in-person courses, outlined below.
PAYMENT
Prepayment is a requirement for enrolment, and your enrolment and space in the program is confirmed only after payment has been received. Payment is due on the date indicated in the invoice that you receive following admission.

TRANSFERS
One transfer to a subsequent program will be permitted within 12 months of the original program's start date, provided that there are seats available in the requested program. If the participant would like to transfer to a more expensive program, the participant will need to pay the difference between the cost of the original program and the subsequent program.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Courses require at least formal education in Dentistry (undergraduate and postgraduate training). AIM reserves the right to decline enrolment to any participant who we determine does not meet the professional requirements outlined for a specific course.
An AIM Education requirement for participants engaging in clinical procedures must have an up-to-date AHPRA registration (or equivalent) and no limitations on their registration. Moreover, current indemnity insurance including public liability is required.
INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION
While we strongly encourage global participation, please note that all courses are taught in English. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Individual courses may contain additional requirements.
RECORDING
Recording of any portion of a program may be initiated by the Instructor or an Administrator of AIM. Participants, students and visitors enrolled in AIM programs should be aware that programs may be recorded for any school or related educational purpose at any time during any program session. A participant may initiate recording only with the written permission of the Instructor or an authorized Administrator.
Participants who are attending courses which involve patient treatment need to supply a current AHPRA number and current insurance details.
PHOTO AND IMAGE PERMISSIONS
By completing this application and/or enrolling in the course, the participant gives permission to AIM to (i) take photographs, videos and/or any other types of recordings of the attendee during classes and activities associated with the program, and (ii) publish, distribute and display the photographs, videos and recordings (collectively, “Reproductions”) in any and all media including, without limitation, AIM websites, brochures, advertisements and other promotional materials. The participant hereby waives compensation and any right to inspect or approve any such uses, Reproductions or related materials. The participant hereby releases, discharges and agrees to hold AIM harmless from any liability arising out of AIM’s use of the Reproductions, including any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form.
